FAQ
Here are a few of our frequently asked questions.
Q: Why use a temperature recorder?
A: A temperature recorder is required to track time and temperature during transportation in order to meet the specification requirements. A new digital temperature recorder will be implemented soon. This will allow a more reliable reading at a lower temperature range.
Q: Why ship materials on dry ice?
A: Dry ice is used to maintain temperatures while your product is in transit. Without it your material is subject to extreme temperature swings which reduce the out time exposure units of your material.
Q: What’s the advantage of ordering small quantities?
A: By ordering small quantities you have more accurate control of your inventory. You are not subject to large minimum buys and long lead times often associated with the material manufacturer. In stock materials are normally available the next day!
