Tacky Tape® SM9151 is a sealant tape developed for use in vacuum bagging. It will maintain an air-tight seal during the cure cycle, and then strip clean from the mold during de-bagging. Vac‐Pak HS8171 is a hydrophilic material. It is a clear green, heat stabilised, blown nylon 6 film. Vac‐Pak HS8171 has excellent tensile strength and heat ageing properties, having been succesfully used at pressures of 100PSI (6.9bar) and temperatures of up to 400°F (204°C).
