Bagging Materials
Bagging materials are required when doing a composite lamination. It is important to use bagging materials as the bagging materials is what help compact the materials giving your part more strength and advantages.
HS 8171QD 180″ - Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film Aerovac
Quickdraw HS8171 is a hydrophilic material. Moisture and water act as plasticisers. The level of moisture content at time of use is therefore an important factor for successful performance. All nylon films absorb water. The higher the moisture content the more flexible they become. Conversely at lower moisture levels flexibility is limited. Do not store rolls vertically on their ends.
60001-NAT - Polyester Peel Ply Precision Fabrics Group
Polyester Peel Ply 60001 features a scoured and heat set finish for use directly against laminates or bond lines. It is approved on a range of OEM specifications for composite manufacturing and metal bonding. Polyester Peel Ply 60001 can be used at temperatures up to 400°F and has a fabric weight of 2.5oz/yd2.
SV 3000 - Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film Aerovac
Stretch‐Vac 3000 is hydrophilic material. Moisture and water act as plasticisers. The level of moisture content at time of use is therefore an important factor for successful performance. The higher the moisture content the more flexible they become. Conversely at lower moisture levels flexibility is limited.
SV 2000 - Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film Aerovac
Stretch‐Vac 2000 is hydrophilic material. Moisture and water act as plasticisers. The level of moisture content at time of use is therefore an important factor for successful performance. The higher the moisture content the more flexible they become. Conversely at lower moisture levels flexibility is limited.
HS 8171QD 40″ - Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film Aerovac
Quickdraw HS8171 is a hydrophilic material. Moisture and water act as plasticisers. The level of moisture content at time of use is therefore an important factor for successful performance. All nylon films absorb water. The higher the moisture content the more flexible they become. Conversely at lower moisture levels flexibility is limited. Do not store rolls vertically on their ends.
HS 6262 - Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film Aerovac
Vac-Pak HS6262 is a hydrophilic material. Moisture and water act as plasticizers. The level of moisture content at time of use is therefore an important factor for successful performance. All nylon films absorb water. The higher the moisture content the more flexible they become. Conversely at lower moisture levels flexibility is limited.
HS8171-SHT 60″ - Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film Aerovac
Vac‐Pak HS8171 is a hydrophilic material. It is a clear green, heat stabilised, blown nylon 6 film. Vac‐Pak HS8171 has excellent tensile strength and heat ageing properties, having been succesfully used at pressures of 100PSI (6.9bar) and temperatures of up to 400°F (204°C).
A5000 P3 - Perforated Parting Film Aerovac
Release Film A5000 P3 (9330-01-196-5436, 9330011965436) features a high temperature fluoropolymer and exhibits excellent elongation and release properties suitable for use with all prepreg systems.
A5000 FNS - Non-Perforated Parting Film Aerovac
Release Film A5000 FNS features a high temperature fluoropolymer and exhibits excellent elongation and release properties suitable for use with all prepreg systems.
NPP-60 51789 - Nylon Peel Ply Precision Fabrics Group
