SHIPPING POLICY – Shipping on Customers Account
In an effort to better serve our customers and to guarantee the correct handling of your time and temperature sensitive materials (TATS), Pacific Coast Composites will now only be working with select carriers and freight forwarders who are familiar with shipping the composite materials that we provide. Pacific Coast Composites has worked with these companies for many years and they are fully aware of PCC’s quality and on-time delivery requirements.

1a. Orders may be shipped using one of the options listed at the time of order
2a. The end users address must be listed on the PO at the time of order
3a. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
4a. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
8a. All fees imposed after order is picked up are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.).
1a. Pacific Coast Composites will provide a pick-up number, weight, and dimensions of your order to schedule a pick-up with one of the carriers listed.
2a. A completed bona fide bill of lading is required for orders in which Pacific Coast Composites is the shipper/consignor and the end user/ultimate consignee is listed prior to scheduling a pick-up or a copy of the shippers export declaration, showing that Pacific Coast Composites is the shipper/consignor (USPPI Name) and the end user/ultimate consignee is listed
3a. A two-hour notice is required prior to the order being picked up.
4a. Sales tax may be charged in the event a completed bona fide bill of lading is not received.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All products are shipped F.O.B. Origin. Any claim to damaged product during shipment will be filed by the account owner in which the product was shipped on, and/or in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.

Factors such as dry ice, dangerous goods, weight, and destination are used to determine the method of shipping.
Shipping within USA
Under 150lbs: FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, UPS Air, UPS Ground
Over 150lbs: FedEx Express Freight, FedEx Freight LTL, UPS Freight, Bob Brinks, Sterling
Dangerous Good (IATA-DG Declaration is required): FedEx Express, FedEx Express Freight, FedEx Ground, Bob Brinks, Sterling
*Some IATAs may be required to shipped via ground only or air only
Shipping Internationally (Outside of USA)
Under 150lbs: FedEx Express International, DHL Express, Air Sea Forwarders, Kintesu World Express, Golden Globe Transport, DB Schenker
Over 150lbs: FedEx Express Freight International, DHL Express, Air Sea Forwarders, Kintesu World Express, Golden Globe Transport, DB Schenker
Dangerous Good (IATA-DG Declaration is required): FedEx Express International, DHL Express, Kintesu World Express, DB Schenker, Golden Globe Transport, Air Sea Forwarders
Pacific Coast Composites must conform with all rules and regulations that govern the shipment and pick-up of materials, including dangerous goods, from the United States to International destinations. Further, Pacific Coast Composites must conform to all local jurisdictional laws and regulations for both the destination and origin of all materials shipped.
