Film Adhesives

FM® 377 film adhesive is a 350°F (177°C) cure modified epoxy designed for continuous services at 350°F (177°C). FM® 377 exhibits excellent structural performance from -67°F to 350°F (-55°C to 177°C).

METLBOND 1515-4M is an extended out life version of METLBOND 1515-3M modified epoxy film adhesive. It is a 350°F (177C) curing material, although curing at lower temperature is achievable.

FM® 309-1 is a next generation film adhesive for bonding composite and metallic structures. This new film provides a unique combination of high Tg [360°F (182°C)], high toughness and higher temperature properties. FM® 309-1 is compatible with most 350°F (177°C) curing epoxy-based prepreg systems.

LOCTITE EA 7000 AERO (Known as Hysol PL7000) (8040-01-457-6446, 8040014576446) is an epoxy film adhesive for composite bonding applications. It provides excellent performance properties in composite bonding and has excellent results on composite surfaces.

FM 377 film adhesive (8040-01-525-6152;8040015256152) is a 350°F cure modified epoxy designed for continuous services at 350°F. FM 377 film adhesive provides outstanding durability in bonding metallic and non-metallic substrates, and in the co-cure or secondary bonding of composites structures.

LOCTITE EA 9658 AERO (EA 9658 .100 NWG) is a new technology, nacelle film adhesive. It combines high temperature strength controlled flow to minimize hole blockage and flash/flow clean up in the shop.

LOCTITE EA 7000 AERO (Known as Hysol PL 7000) is an epoxy film adhesive for composite bonding applications. It provides excellent performance properties in composite bonding and has excellent results on composite surfaces.

SynSkin HC 9837.1 is a 250°F/121°C or 350°F/177°C curing non-woven fabric epoxy-based composite surfacing film designed to improve the surface quality of honeycomb stiffened composite parts.

FM®300-2 (8040-01-387-0953, 8040013870953) is a film adhesive that delivers high temperature performance, toughness, and stress/strain properties with a 250°F cure.

Hysol EA9696 .085 is a modified epoxy film adhesive designed for applications requiring both high toughness and service temperatures to 250°F/121°C. Advances in technology allow this adhesive to excel in both metal to metal and honeycomb bonding applications.
