FM® 490A GR50 core splice adhesive (8040-01-458-1404, 8040014581404; 8040-01-425-6964, 8040014256964) is a modified epoxy material supplied in sheet form designed to minimize variation in cell structure. It may be processed at any temperature ranging from 225°F to 350°F. Typical applications include bonding of inserts or edge members to core and localized reinforcement of honeycomb core where increased shear strength is required.

We can quickly and accurately convert a 36” wide by 50 yards long roll of material into 6″ rolls. This reduces your labor cost, thaw time, and the amount of out-time for the entire roll of material. This will allow the user to consume the material that is needed as it is needed and not before.

All slit material is labeled and packaged to meet the manufactures specification, and stringent regulatory compliance.
