HEXCEL ACGP 193-P(T) 60" M70:40% is suitable for sandwich structures and laminates in aircraft composite application. It provides an excellent balance of mechanical properties and handling.

HexPly® M70 and M70HT are epoxy resin systems on plain weave standard modulus carbon fiber fabrics suitable for sandwich structures and laminates in structural aircraft composite applications. The M70 and M70HT resins were developed for 350°F (177°C) autoclave cure and offer standard tack (M70) and high tack (M70HT) in prepreg form to suit different part production environments. Paired with Hexcel’s HexTow® Carbon fiber and HexForce® Reinforcements, these systems are fully qualified to meet all the requirements of Boeing’s BMS8-256 Class 2, Type 4, 3K-70-PW specification.

We can quickly and accurately convert a 36” wide by 50 yards long roll of material into 6″ rolls. This reduces your labor cost, thaw time, and the amount of out-time for the entire roll of material. This will allow the user to consume the material that is needed as it is needed and not before.

All slit material is labeled and packaged to meet the manufactures specification, and stringent regulatory compliance.
