3M™ Surface Pre-Treatment AC-130-2 (6850-01-548-0227, 6850015480227) is high performance surface preparation for adhesive bonding. This product promotes enhanced adhesion as a result of the chemical interaction at the interfaces. Common surface preparation techniques such as phosphoric acid anodizing (PAA) or sulfuric acid-sodium dichromate etchings are used to provide acceptable surfaces for bonding. These hazardous materials and waste produced by these procedures are both environmentally and economically undesirable.

We can quickly and accurately convert a 36” wide by 50 yards long roll of material into 6″ rolls. This reduces your labor cost, thaw time, and the amount of out-time for the entire roll of material. This will allow the user to consume the material that is needed as it is needed and not before.

All slit material is labeled and packaged to meet the manufactures specification, and stringent regulatory compliance.
