LOCTITE EA 7000 AERO (Known as Hysol PL7000) (8040-01-457-6446, 8040014576446) is an epoxy film adhesive for composite bonding applications. It provides excellent performance properties in composite bonding such as composite repair, composite surfacing, and co-curing with composite prepregs and has excellent results on composite surfaces. It features excellent hot-wet resistance, dual temperature cure capabilities at 250°F/121°F or 350°F/171°C, and superior out-time characteristics.

We can quickly and accurately convert a 36” wide by 50 yards long roll of material into 6″ rolls. This reduces your labor cost, thaw time, and the amount of out-time for the entire roll of material. This will allow the user to consume the material that is needed as it is needed and not before.

All slit material is labeled and packaged to meet the manufactures specification, and stringent regulatory compliance.
