Build My Shop
The following questionnaire helps us identify the type of program you wish to develop along with everything you will need to carry out a successful start-up.
Since no two shops are alike, we will probably have some follow-up questions by phone or email. Let us know the best time to make contact. In some cases we may need to visit your facility to determine the appropriate equipment solution.
Keep in mind that a composite shop is a general description of the facility’s primary function. It is up to you to work out the details of your shop floor plan. Maybe your plan will include a large autoclave, or maybe an area designated for non-destructive and destructive testing. Your vision may include a clean room capable of accommodating very large parts, or possibly very small parts with plenty of tables. Your floor plan needs to meet your vision, not ours. This example should give you a lot to think about when designing your composite shop.
The packages below are designed for a turn-key composites shop. It contains most of the equipment, materials, and shop supplies to get your composites shop up and running. Keep in mind that these packages can be altered to fit your needs and budget for your composite shop.
Once we prepare our bid package, we will schedule a visit or phone conference to present the program, timelines and lead times. It is at this time that we can address other questions or alternative solutions. Here we address many common questions about lead time, technical support, warranties, etc.
Fill out the questionnaire with as much detail as possible and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
